Limberg flap for pilonidal sinus

This technique is used for recurrent pilonidal sinuses and previous failed repairs. It is done as a day case procedure and it relies on obliterating the natal cleft thereby reducing the failure rate.

Complications: Flap failure less than 2%, infection less common
